Trenchless Sewer Replacement
Trenchless Sewer Repair & Replacement Services
Trenchless sewer repair is the newest technology to replace a sewer line without digging. The alternative for sewer line repair or sewer line replacement is excavation. Trenchless pipe repair and trenchless pipe replacement allows us to use the existing openings to the sewer or water line to reline the broken sewer pipe or broken water pipe and make your pipe like new with an interior sleeve.

When to Use Trenchless Sewer Repair
Our trenchless sewer repair (or water main repair) services provide a useful solution for fixing sewer problems, without completely tearing up your lawn and garden, and at an affordable price! Our techniques only require a couple of small holes, rather than large trenches. Most people don’t think about their sewer line very often, but sewer problems can have serious consequences. California homeowners and commercial property managers often notice that something’s wrong when multiple sewer lines or drains start backing up (and as always, at the wrong time…), clogging, and otherwise behaving abnormally. In severe cases, raw sewage can even back up into your home or building through your pipes, coming out of toilets and drains in a biohazardous nightmare scenario.
In most cases, we begin by inspecting the sewer using a fiber-optic remote camera. The cameras deliver a live video feed to a laptop or monitor, giving us an up close at the cause of the problem and helping us distinguish between different kinds of sewer problems, like tree root incursion, channeling, pipe collapse, bellying, and other issues. Once the cause of the problem is identified, it can usually be addressed with one of several trenchless sewer repair methods. If the pipe is made from an outdated material, has become too thin in certain areas, or sustained significant damage, this method may not be an option. If there is one problem area, we may be able to dig to replace that section and then use a trenchless repair technique.
Benefits of the Trenchless Technique
Trenchless sewer repairs offer a number of useful advantages over traditional, digging-intensive approaches to fixing sewer problems:
- Less lawn and landscape damage.
- Simpler process for contractors; takes less time and manpower.
- No risk of driveway, patio, or concrete damage.
- It costs less!
